We do appreciate from experience, that getting a group of people (of any age) together in a room is harder than it sounds! Life stuff gets in the way and of course people get ill, get stuck at work, quit the band at short notice, etc etc.

Our rehearsal rooms are in high demand 7 days a week and are almost exclusively pre-booked a week or so in advance. If one of our rehearsal rooms is not available on the specific date or time that a band or artist wants, they will more often than not book at another rehearsal facility. We do not have walk in custom like a shop or restaurant does, so we rely on our advance bookings. We can sometimes fill a slot at short notice, but often this is impossible and costs us not only money, but also potentially loses us customers long term to other studios.

With the above being said, we have put together our policy.

Cancellations with more than 48 clear hrs notice / No charge 

Cancellations with less than 48 hrs notice / Full fee of booking is owed

Cancelling on the day of the booking, a few hours before the booking or not turning up at all, the full price of session is owed (without question)

Bookings made with less than 48hrs before the session (24hrs notice required for no charge, otherwise full price of booking owed)

Bookings made on the day of the session or last minute (if we can accommodate) will require at least 3hrs notice of cancellation for no charge. 
*Bookings made last minute are much less likely to cancel than bookings made weeks in advance.
